Working out and losing the extra skin, after 2 pregnancies...does it ever go awa!

Question: Working out and losing the extra skin, after 2 pregnancies!.!.!.does it ever go away!?
For those who had one or more pregnancies, and ended up with a lot of skin around the belly, and tried to lose weight, did you also lose the extra skin!?

Did you workout and went back to your pre-pregnancy shape!?

Is plastic surgery the only way to lose the extra skin!?

I feel my pants are loser, so I'm losing weight, but I look the same, it's like my skin is not shrinking, it just stays there, no matter how much I workout or pay attention to what I eat!?

Let me know your story, how did you succeed in losing all your pregnancy weight!? and the extra skin! ohh!.!.!.I just want it to go away, it's not a lot, compared to an obese person losing a lot of weight!.!.!.!. I'm not even hoping for a flat stomach, I just want to lose the ripples!

Thanks!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can lose some but most pregnant women that have this issue will not get your body back!. The skin is stretched now!. BUT it depends on how badly!. There are those exceptions to the rule however, that bounce back!Www@Answer-Health@Com

The loose skin never goes back to how it was!. The muscle underneath can become stronger and you can lose fat but the extra skin will still be there and you will have to get plastic surgery if u want it to go awayWww@Answer-Health@Com

unfortunately once skin has been stretched out like that, it does not go back!. We can build the muscle underneath it back, but the skin stays that way!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes - it does go away!. Mine hasn't but that's because I haven't tried hard enough!. You could always try a body wrap at a spa!.!.!. Those can help too!Www@Answer-Health@Com
