Calorie Counts of Exercise?!


Question: Calorie Counts of Exercise!?
Does anyone know of a good site or just some answers off of the tops of their heads as to finding calorie counts (how many calories should be getting burned off per hour for doing a certain activity, for example) or exercises and other daily activities!? Thanks in advance!.Www@Answer-Health@Com


Answers:
I know that if you do a four mile run at a steady pace you're looking at about 400 cals!.

60 minutes of skipping (jump rope for our American friends) you burn approx!. 1000 cals!.

Running
Swimming
Cycling and
Skipping (jump rope) are the best cardio

Coupled with some toning and a good healthy eating regime- you'll see results pretty damn quick!
