Question: Healthy options at Ruby Tuesday's!?
Going there for dinner tonight!.!.!.!.been being very good about not eating out, but it's a late Mother's Day treat!. What can I eat that would be reasonable enough!? I was think salad bar and then split an appetizer with my hubby!? Any healthy appetizers!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

well instead of the salad bar i would suggest the skinny chicken salad and the white bean chicken chili!. salad is not on the menu but they still serve it and a healthy appetizer is the spring rollsWww@Answer-Health@Com

Ruby Tuesday's has a "smart eating choices" menu, which is much healthier than their appetizers!. I checked out the appetizer menu, and everything on it is either fried of full of cheese!. I would definitely opt for healthy choices from this menu, rather than the appetizers!.

You could do the salad bar, but stay away from potato salad and other salads that are full of fatty mayonnaise!. If they have little cups for the dressing, put your dressing on the side and dip your fork in before each bite!. That way, you get the flavor of the dressing, but not all the calories!. Even the low cal dressings add up in the calories, but the regular dressings are so high in calories that they are not worth it! A safer salad choice is one from the menu where the calories are controlled!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
