Im trying to lose weight...?!


Question: Im trying to lose weight!.!.!.!?
this is what I ate today!. How does it sound!?

Breakfast:
2 egg whites and a piece of bacon

Lunch:
tuna with tomatos and a bit of blasamic dressing (no mayo I hate mayo)

Snack:
Strawberry Yogurt

Dinner:
5 Sweedish Meatballs

add up the calories and remember them!. If you eat this everyday for a week (with only slight differences if you have too), your sure to lose weight!. being active helps more as well!.
eggs are high in protein which help you lose weight!. Keep having two eggs at breakfast!. then be active after to get the benefit!.
running on the spot is something i do everyday!. its free, simple and I do it when im waiting for the kettle to boil, when im waiting for food to be cooked in the microwave or just watching tv!.
change this meal after a week to get some variety, but choose foods to keep you under a certain number of calories!.

The biggest mistake people make when they are trying to loose weight is not eating!. Keep that up!. When you stop eating your body goes into a survival mode and begins to store the fat, creating fat pockets,instead of burning it!. i herd eating 5 small meals a day burns more fat in body than 3 larger meals a day!.!.!.!.but dont starve yourself!.!.!.!.itll only make it worse!.!.!.!.your body will think your gonna keep starving it and store all food as fat to compensate for the loss of food!.!.!.!.drink more water and go on some walks more often,no sweets and lots of veggies!.!.!.youllbe alright!.!.!.!.!.but from the pic you have,if thats you!.!.!.your alright as it is!.!.!.quit thinking because your not papper thin ,that your fat!.you look fine!.!.!.!.good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

not enought food, and not to healthy!. for breakfast: get rid of the bacon and replace it with oatmeal!. for dinner: get rid of the meatballs and have an piece of grill chicken breast with vegeatalbes and whole wheat pasta!. and have 2 more snacks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

where are the fluids!?not enough fruits!.!.!.must have some veggie for dinner as well!.!.!.do you exercise!?you can add have a criossant for lunch with that tuna and maybe a toast for breakfast and some oatmeal for dinner!.!.it wont kill your diet!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
