Im 14 and i need some advice on gaining arm muscle and weight?!


Question: Im 14 and i need some advice on gaining arm muscle and weight!?
well im weigh about 133 and im 14
i lift weights sometime
but not alot
and i was planning to work out alot more and maybe buy some supplements and like all that stuuf that builds muscle faster!.
what should i do to make my arms bigger!? like what excercised will help the most

Dude, you're pretty good for a 14 year old kid!. You're not done developing yet, so part of it is being patient, but there is stuff you can do to maximize what you have now!.

Forget the magic powders, they're junk!. All you'll do is spend a lot of money for nothing!.

The most important thing to do is balance your eating habits with regular lifting and exercise!. But don't lift every day or you'll actually set yourself back!.

Monday Wednesday and Friday you should lift with freeweights for 1 hour per day!. Benchpress, curls, squats, leg curls, etc!. Rotate through and keep going the full hour!.

Tuesday and Thursday, do some light cardio for 1 hour per day!. Knee lifts, swimming laps (this is really the best thing for an overall workout), interspersed with reps of pushups and crunches!.

Diet: Stick to your high protein stuff, like fish and steak but add more carbs in!. Carbs are what will really help you put on weight!. Add plenty of rice and potatos to your regular meals!. You should eat either a bowl of rice, a baked potato, 2 boiled potatos, or an ear or two of sweet corn with every meal!. Don't forget your veggies, too!. Bread is fine but don't overdo it because the carbs from it aren't as good as the ones from rice, etc!.

Drink a big glass of milk every morning and also eat one egg (hard boiled is easiest)!. And take a multivitamin!.

Keep to this schedule/plan and you should notice some more bulk by the end of a month or two at the most!. Like I said, you're still growing a lot so don't expect to become a bodybuilder but you'll get bigger, no doubt!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Why buy all kinds of supplements when you can eat all of this:
Highest nutrient density is leafy greens!.
1 Raw leafy green veggies (the darker the better):
kale, romaine lettuce, leaf lettuces, collards, spinach, Swiss chard, parsley, daikon!.
2 Solid Green veggies:'asparagus, broccoli, bok choy, cabbage, celery, etc
3 Non-green:
beets, mushrooms, onions, tomatoes, etc
4 Beans/legumes:
black beans, chickpeas, pinto, navy, red kidney, etc
5 Fresh fruits
6 Starchy veggies
7 Whole grains
9 Raw nuts and seeds
Eat all of these every day with plenty of filtered water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

lol dont run before you can wlak, the most similer protein you to human protien is Eggs, and they come cheap, eat more hard boiled eggs take out the yellow yolk, as this is fat, and eat the white, do press ups, sit ups and free weights!. Do not repeat do not bother buying protein suppliments ect, as there completly unessaecary unless you want to be a body builder and alread have very large muscles!. By the way eating steak is **** as it takes the body ages to digest even if cooked well, egg protein is the easiest for the body to digest!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

do not get supplements don't drink protein shakes or anything like that u r too young you should not start drinking protein shakes or anything like that untill u r atleast 16!. also if all you want to do is make ur arms bigger than you have to lift really heavy weights!. lifting as much as you can a few times will give u a lot of bulky muscle!. but lifting not as much but a lot of times will give u smaller stronger muscle!. good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

obviously your gonna have to hit the weights, maybe three times a week with different types of lifts,,,, but focus more on that diet, Lots of protein!. Maybe you should add a meal!. Arnold had a pretty good book,,called education of a body builder, and he talked about diet in that,,At 14, noone expects you to be a giant!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

when u go to high school join the football team i guarantee you its gonna make u alot more buff and have a tough mentality, eat alot of meat and buy a weight lifting bench and bench press itll make u buff and u can do alot of exercises with it!. do pushups when u got nothing to do!. your only 14 u still have a while to go before u meet ur full potential so just keep workin outWww@Answer-Health@Com
