Answers:
if you want to build up muscle mass you need to use the heaviest weights that you can lift like 8 repetitions 3 times every 2 days!.
Stay away from all that stuff they are advertising THEY ARE DANGEROUS !. You will be proud of yourself when the results will be of your own efforts and not the results of steroids and friends !.!.

Take care and pump those muscles ,you are only 14 now imagine when you will be 16 after 2 years of of your own efforts !.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't take creatine!. Unless your older than 18 , it can stunt your muscle growth!. Don't take anything that has downsides and risks!. Take some whey protein shakes and eat natural protein like meats and cheeses!. For your arms, I'd recommend basic arm curls, push-ups, pull-ups, chin-ups and bench presses!. Choose a weight that you can only do 6-8 times, to get big muscles, and do reps to tone them!. Most of all just give it time!. You're only 14, so your gonna grow a lot!. If you work out through your growth, you'll get really big!. Hope that helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should join a gym and get a personal trainer!. My brother started that 2months ago and he's changed a lot! Still drink protein drinks especially before you workout!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's not about gaining weight!. It's about building up your muscles!. You don't want to have extra body fat!.

Weights!. Dead lifts and squats will defidently help!. Just use small weights and start out with 2 sets of 12!. Work your way up to say 5 sets of 12 with maybe adding a set a week!. Once your up to 5 sets, try moving slower with your work outs, by then you'll start getting a high from having your muscles worked!. Always stretch before each workout and work the upper one day, do some say swimming (cardiovascular) the next; then work your lower body the next day!. Eating protien like eggs, meat, and fish make the workout seem easier and help build muscle tissue!.

My boyfriend is a football player, and this is basically what he does to maintain his muscles!. It works really well for him!.

Also, MuscoMax works well, I heard!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Mate, supplements aren't the answer, without a solid training program they'll do nothing for you at all!.

First off, don't focus solely on your arms, you need a full body program in order to get satisfactory results!. Pressing actions such as Bench press, military press etc will also work the triceps, pulling actions (pull ups, DB/BB rows) will hit the biceps!.
Squats and deadlifts will add all over mass!.
Only then will you be looking at bicep curls and tricep extensions!.

EG: Workout A Bench/Row/Squat/Biceps
Workout B Military press/pull up/deadlift/triceps
alternate a+b 3 days per week, build up to heavy weights in the 6-8 rep range!.

Get a solid programme (that ones just an example) with the above, get plenty of rest and good food!.

When I was injured and unable to load the spine I increased my arm size (as a by product, not main goal) by doing Weighted pull ups and one arm pushups, 3 time per week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
