Question: I want to eat healthy!?
I want to eat healthy but I don't know what to eat when to eat!? Can you please help me!?Thanks!Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you're trying to be healthy, you're going to want to eat many small meals a day!. Try about 6 meals a day!. Breakfast, Mid-morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack, dinner, and evening snack!. All of these meals should be fairly small!. Salads, fruits, chicken and fish (NOT fried!.!.!.try grilled or boiled)!. Just make sure to eat a lot of veggies!. Cut out the junk food completely!. No chips, popcorn, brownies, etc!. Also, don't drink pop!. Or, if you do, try to drink diet caffeine free!. Caffeine slows down your metabolism, so if you ever wanted to lose weight or anything, it's going to be very difficult!. Drink a lot of water!. If you're like me, and not a big fan of water!.!.!.add those little packets of crystal light powder into your water!. The orange has no carbs, cals, sugar, fat, etc!. There's nothing in it, so it's as good for you as drinking plain water!. Very inexpensive and usually easy to find at any grocery store!. I hope this helps!Www@Answer-Health@Com

the questions is very general so the answer will be very general too!.

proteins- chicken(better if its organic), turkey, fish(better if wild caught than farm raised), lean lean red meat, beans, egg whites

carbs- whole grains, vegetables, beans, rice, whole grain pasta (everything what grows above the ground you can eat!. if you need to dig for it its a no - like potato)

good fats- olive oil, nuts,

fruits - in the morning usually on empty stomach

snacks- baby carrots, celery, a big glass of water lol:)


drink water,
tea or coffe with no sugar no half and half no sweet n low!.!.!.!. just plain

get a good multi vitamin supplement

generally you would want to go low carb and high protein no sugar low fat and only good fat in you diet!.

forget sodas, deep fried stuff, sugar and high fructose corn syrup, diet sodas, bread, ice cream, ground meat, potatoes, snacks, salad dressings, dips , pastries!.!.!.

don't eat anything what you grandmother's grandmother wouldn't recognize as food!.

Here are steps you can do to lose weight healthy!.

Breakfast: whole grain cereals, toast (whole grain bread), fruit, multivitamins and minerals (great for overall health) and 2 glasses of water!.

coffee breaks: fruit, vegetables, protein snacks (protein helps you feel fuller), herbal tea (great for energy and weightloss) and 1 glass of water!. (if your a coffee drinker cut down to 2 a day)!.

Lunch: soup is always good nutrition, sandwich made with whole grain bread stacked high with greens and your choice of lean meat!. Grilled cheese is good too!. Don't forget fruit!. 2 glasses of water!. multivitamins and minerals!.
