How do I lose this gymnast-like body?!


Question: How do I lose this gymnast-like body!?
I have been working out, cardio/some weights for about 4 months, 3X per week, an hour each time!. I have lost NO weight, I am only bulking and my pants are actually tighter!. I am 5'2, have a small waist and larger lower body, I weigh 165!. Looking to lose 20 lbs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i have that same issue too!. except i was working out 6 x/week,45 cardio, 20min weight, 5 minutes stretching!.!.!.religiously!.!.!.!.and lost 1 pound in 3 months!. i thought when i looked in the mirror i was toning but when i tried on old clothes!.!.nothing!.!.!.it was an illusion!. The issue with me though is i was not as strict on my diet as i should have been!. I am not sure what you eat but you might have to play arounf with your diet!. plus make sure that as time goes on you alter your workout routine becuase the body will get used to the same thing all the time and then no further progress!. good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

Stick to the cardio and cut back on the weights!. Weights build muscle mass and that doesn't seem like it's what you want!. Also, you may want to speak to a dietitian to see where you can cut back on some calories!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

stop lifting and the muscle will go away but stick with the cardio so that when the muscle goes away fat doesnt take its placeWww@Answer-Health@Com
