I recommend getting right into the bodybuilding!. Having larger muscles also means the muscles will burn more fat while idle, so don't worry about the cardio or weight loss they will come over time!.

It doesn't take that long to get big!. 1 to 2 years and you start getting big and standing out amongst the average person!. I've personally done the Strength program listed below and after doing it around 1 year i started looking big!.

This is a starting exercise plan I recommend to get results!.

WARM UP
-move anyway until you start sweating, your muscles are warm/hot, your arms and legs are loose!. With light stretching optional!.

MAIN WORKOUT
These are some prime exercises to target the main areas you want to work when bodybuilding!. If you want to focus on building particular areas then you can do extra exercises!. e!.g!. want bigger bicepts and triceps!. Then add bicept curls and tricept kickbacks to your sessions!.
If using weights start light and perfect the technique, then progress slowly to medium or heavy after several weeks only if the light weights are too easy to complete the sets and reps!.

Full body workout, No weights available:
a!. pushup (chest (tri-cepts,arms))
b!. chinups (upperback (bicepts,arms))
c!. crunch/situp (stomach/abdominals)
d!. squates (legs (lowerback))
OR
Full body workout, Weights/equipment available (preferred):
a!. dumbel chest fly's (chest (tri-cepts,arms))
b!. dumbel crunches (stomach/abdominals)
c!. dumbel squates (legs(lower back))
d!. bentover dumbel rows (upperback (bicepts,arms))
OR
Use machines!.

FINISH UP
Some stretching!.

Bodybuilding
= bulky muscles
= 3+ sets, 12 reps
= medium intensity-heavy
= break between sessions at least 1 day (2 days if heavy)

Strength
= bulky and more defined
=3+ sets, 6 reps
=heavy
=break between sessions at least 1 day (2 days if your experiencing less and less energy by having 1 day off sessions)

Endurance
= long lean and defined
=3+ sets, 20+reps
=light
=break between sessions at least 1 day

Having a healthy food lifestyle means you eat more nutrient rich foods such as vegetables, fruits, nuts, grains, legumes that are more unprocessed!. Nutrients help the body function properly and maintain peak performance!. Have lots of protein!. Good sources include fish, beef!.

And reduce high fat/sugar foods such as softdrinks, alcohol, fried foods, most fast foods, ice cream and potato crisps!. Because excess sugar and fat, the body doesn't need, gets stored as fat!. (Although for bodybuilding it is good to have some excess body fat to ensure your body doesn't break down your muscles to gain energy, when your food energy runs out)!. Plus their are detrimental ingredients that are in junk foods that halter you muscle growth!.

- a good plan
- proper technique!. do exercises correctly
- drink allot of water
- don't stress as much!. stress can aid fat gains
- good nutrition!. never feel hunger pains, eat a light snack if you do!. eg!. apple, grapes
- raise the intensity of your exercises slowly, to keep achieving more from your fitness program in the longterm!. This can be done by adding more reps/sets/stress/weights/angle for exercises!. If you reach a peak intensity that you cant get any higher from, then take a couple weeks off and comeback starting at 75% of the previous peak intensity, to keep gaining in the longterm!.
- get lots of rest!. so your muscles can grow!. sleep for 8-10 hours a night!. best hours are from 9pm-6am!.

Have you consulted a Dietologist!? Also check for Body Mass Index which correlates your height and weight!. Gaining weight is of secondary importance!. Being healthy and having sufficient energy to complete the daily job is of primary importance!. You have to take the advice of qualified physician!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Bunnanas, pattotos and groundnuts !. take these in regular food!. Your weight will increase alarmingly!.
It's my openion , don't try to increase weight, it will increase automatically in 5-7 years!. As a matter of fact , it is not difficult to increase weight but very very hard to reduce!. Best of luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Stop worrying about it!.

Any thing and salad if hungry, otherwise nothing!.

Eat well but only when hungry and not more than thrice a day!. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%!. To have more satisfaction out of ur food, Chew each morsel at least 32 times!. This will also activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness!. Obey these signals!. Do not go on fast or starvation diet!.

Nothing other than water in between!.

No special diet, call it by any name or program helps as one cannot adopt them on permanent basis!. Diet pills are chemicals and per se bad and shud be avoided unless the doc considers it necessary looking at ur condition!.

Take light exercises and brisk walks for 30 min!.regularly preferably on empty stomach and twice a day!.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time and hassle free!.

Be patient and not in a hurry!.

U cannot choose spots for reduction!.
