Question: Want to put weight help!.!?
I am really thin I am tall and thin I weigh 125 pounds!. 56 kg!.!. I am a guy so how do I put weight on not by junk food!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Lifting weights definitely!. Work out and eat a lot!. Good stuff though!. Google healthy weight gain/protein diets!. Breads, meats, eggs, etc!. Weight also comes with age though!. Don't beat yourself up about your weight!. Start working out and take pictures periodically to see the results!. When you lift, your appetite increases because you need more food to help build up your muscles!. I did that exact thing because a few years ago I was in your same boat!. I love the way I look now!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I've got the same problem as you but even if I eat heaps of junk food I don't gain weight!.

I good idea I haven't tested yet would be to eat that energy food stuff for people who work out and then not work out!. The stuff is packed with **** to burn off in exercise so if you don't exercise you should get fat =)
