Six pack workout stunt growth???!

Question: Six pack workout stunt growth!?!?!?
Hi, Iv recently been doing workouts to get six pack abs, I dont do it everyday, I do it one day then skip the next then do it the day after!. I also take protein powders that dissolve in water to get faster results and it seems to be paying off!.
But could it stunt my growth!? Im 15 years old and have reached my fathers height but my brother has passed my dads height by about 2-3 inches so im hoping i could reach that height also!.

I need six pack abs by around the 20th of July for when I go down to the beach or watever!. ThanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
No, protein and / or moderate weight training will not stunt your growth!.

Your height is already predetermined by your genetics so again you still have nothing to be alarmed about!. You may be as tall as your brother, you may not - who knows!.

The whole notion of growth being stunted by weight lifting is
a myth!. It didn't stunt the growth of Shaquille O'Neal, David
Robinson, Karl Malone, Michael Vick, etc!. They all started
lifting in their early teens, and all have gone on to be well
over 6' tall and star in professional sports!.

Dave Draper and Arnold Schwarzenegger started lifting very
young and both are 6'1" or taller!. Lou Ferrigno started
working out at 14 years old at the height of 5' 9" and grew to
6' 5" - taller then anyone in his family!

Stick to the plan your on and enjoy the results it sounds like your doing good!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No ab workouts are not going to stunt your growth!. you cant stunt your growth by working out of lifting!. you can do ab exercises everyday, ab muscles rebuild very fast!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
