Using a stability ball enables more range of motion when working your abdomen via crunches or situps!. In addition, there are so many more exercises you can execute using a stability ball, like placing it between your legs and lifting up into a situp, transferring it to your hands and leaning back with your arms extended, then doing another situp and transferring it back inbetween the legs, keeping them outstretched also!. You can do elbow to knee crunches more efficiently (cept without touching the elbow and knee), et cetera!.

After incorporating a stability ball into my ab workouts, I developed a visible six pack within several weeks!. There is a huge difference, and you can definitely feel the burn, granted you do all the exercises proper and correctly!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
