Question: Hey, i need to know what exercises I can do for a more rounder, firmer and bigger bum!.!?
I dont want to lose weight on my butt i just want to make it bigger and rounder any suggestions please give me exercises that have been proven or if you have tried them yourself thanks xWww@Answer-Health@Com

HEALTHY BIG BUTTOX FITNESS PLAN

Applying the principles and methods of bodybuilding (muscle growth) to your gluteus maximus is the fastest way to achieve your gaol of having a great looking, big butt!.

Initially the size of the buttox may decrease a little in size due to the tearing and recovery cycle essential for muscle growth, and to some degree due to the fat burning any excercise will induce!. But with adequate rest following every excercise session, it will come back looking bigger and better!.

Bodybuilding Prescription
= bulky muscles
= 3+ sets, 12 reps
= 5minute rest between sets
= medium intensity-heavy
= break between sessions at least 1 day (2 days if very heavy)

For under 18's increase intensity by adding an extra set or slowly building up an extra set!. For example, over the space of 2 months your sessions go from 3 sets 12 reps, to 4 sets 3 reps, to 4 sets 8 reps, to 5 sets 2 reps!.

Sets and reps help us plan our exercises!. Reps/repetitions refers to how many times you repeat the exercise without stopping for a rest break!. Sets are how many times you do the nonstop reps!. In between sets you must have a break!.

EXERCISE SESSION

Move anyway until you start sweating, your muscles are warm/hot, your arms and legs are loose!. For example, dance to music!. With light stretching optional!.

Healthy food lifestyle
Having a healthy food lifestyle means you eat more nutrient rich foods such as vegetables, fruits, nuts, grains, legumes that are more unprocessed!. Nutrients help the body function properly and maintain peak performance!. Have lots of protein!. Good sources include fish, beef!.

Unhealthy: high energy, low nutrient
And reduce high fat/sugar foods such as softdrinks, alcohol, fried foods, most fast foods, ice cream and potato crisps!. Because excess sugar and fat, the body doesn't need, gets stored as fat!. (Although for bodybuilding it is good to have some excess body fat to ensure your body doesn't break down your muscles to gain energy, when your food energy runs out)!. Never feel hunger pains, eat a light snack if you do!. For example, apples or grapes!. Use every 3 hours out of meals as a guide for when to have a light snack!. Hunger pains are a warning sign that you body has used up all the energy in its stomach and is starting to breakdown the body to supply it with its required energy!. After your body fat goes your muscles will go next!.

Raise the intensity of your exercises slowly, to keep achieving more from your fitness program in the longterm!. This can be done by adding more reps/sets/stress/weights/angle for exercises!. If you reach a peak intensity that you cant get any higher from, then take a couple weeks off and comeback starting at 75% of the previous peak intensity, to keep gaining in the longterm!.

Exercising is a hard way to get a bigger one, I don't exercise much and i have a big one, just eat more and you'll gain weight, which will help yours get bigger!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
