if i wana lose 30 lbs and go from 150 to 120 before june 10th, meaning in three weeks !.!.!.!. would it be possible!?!? and what exactly would i have to do !?!?!?!?!?

no yogurt
no soda
drink natural water
sport (like exercise, running, walking, aerobic, swimming)

Always same: juice presses fresh, as much as desirable, up to 14 ounce; fresh succulence as much as desirable, or salad fruit; when do you very hungry!. When not make difficult, sometimes fun replaced fruit every day that eaten at morning

Fresh fruit juice, or carrot juice, 4 - 8 ounce, when does desirable!. Salad with fresh vegetable addition desirable and combination sandwich with cucumber or celery!.
Dinner
Fresh vegetable cocktail juice, soup cream cauliflower!. Potato boat or simple grilled chicken!. Garlic flavor string bean!. Salad green French!.

I don't know that 30 pounds in 3 weeks would be possible even if you starved yourself every single day!. The body needs roughly 1200 calories a day to maintain basic functions!. One pound of fat yields 3500 calories!. So even if you didn't eat a thing and exercised a lot, you probably couldn't expect to lose more than a pound every couple days!.
Assuming you started a vigorous exercise program today, and worked every day between now and June 10, you realistically shouldn't expect to lose more than 5-10 pounds in 3 weeks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You would absolutely have to do a juice or water fast to lose weight that quickly!. I have heard of people doing it though!. Look up different kinds of fasts on Google!. People will tell you that they're "not safe", but there are so many religions where they are required fast every few months and they are fine, obviously!. Just be careful and if you feel like you can't handle a fast then don't do it, but if you're in good health it will be fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Don't push hard for yourself that you have to put how much weight you have to loose in perior time, but tell yourself you have to loose weight and don't care how much weight you will lost, as long as you lost some weight then thats good!. Well, I am also on a diet, but I don't make hard for myself that no eat anything for trying losing weight, but I cut back, and watch how much I eat and try not to eat junk foods, try not eat or drink sweet things!. Usually I don't have breakfast but lunch and light dinner before 6 o'clock, if I feel hungry at night, I get myself a glass of milk!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
well, don't matter for eating less!. no!. just wanna loose 30lbs!. right!? better eat salad regularly, go to gym, just to jog, or exercise!. better eat salad daily [ plenty of vegetables ]!. more fluid!. 15 mins!. exercise everyday!. for sure your weight will loose!. i'm assuring you that! you must do this always!.

10 lbs a week is too much, they recommend 2!.5-3 lbs per week or you may gain it back quickly and have saggy skin!.
