How do i get a six pack?

i am fat an wont i wont to burn all fat away fast i need help


Answers:

This depends on your current conditioning.
If you are slim already with very little body fat, then crunches are the way to go.

If you have body fat that needs to be removed to see your abs, you may have a six pack already. This would require Diet and Cardio to help you lose so you can see the six pack.

recommend: daily crunches
start low if you dont already do these and work up to 4 sets of 40.

Eat more fiber 25 to 35gms per day
easily done with bran ceral for breakfast.

Do cardio 30 to 60 minutes daily.
Inerval Cardio works the best.

When increasing your exercise it is natural to also increase meal sizes. dont let this happen, or you might just be spinning your wheels.

if you can, and want faster results, keep your calories between 1500 and 2000 daily. If this is too much, which most people dont want to do. Just try to eat smart foods.
