Is it detrimental to cycle to the gym the day after a pounding leg session?!


Question: Is it detrimental to cycle to the gym the day after a pounding leg session!?
I'd rather cycle than drive across town!. Will i decrease my gains by cycling 10 miles tp gym at an easy pace!? Or will it help loosen up the mucscles and aid recovery!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Riding to the gym may help to speed up the recovery process by increasing blood flow and getting nutrients to your "pounded" muscles!. If your goal is to build lots of leg strength and increase leg size, then I would recommend you take the car!. While strength training will not negatively impact your ability to perform aerobic exercise, aerobic exercise will negatively impact your ability to build big, strong legs!. Decide what you training goal is and do what is best for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think it would be awsome with your training program, your getting your arobic exercise before and after your workout since you also have to get home, you'll be ripped and I bet your legs will grow to mamoth proportions!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
