how do you lose muscles and fat on the forearms,how do you get your old normal forearms back??


Answers:

when you loose weight you loose it throughout your whole body, so in order to loose weight in your forearms you will have to loose weight all over you body. as to loosing muscle i wouldn't lift any weights. as exercise during your weight loss i would keep it moderately low and leave it to walking and light jogging as your forearms arent greatly used during those activities compared to others so you should loose muscle but also have a toned look.
