with diet and exercise!? Or can you lose as much weight as you want!. Say a 300 pound women starts eating healthier and exercising daily!.!.!.!.is it possible for her to get to 100 pounds!? Without starving herself!?

It is possible but you have to consider what your ideal weight is!. Many people have lost that amount of weight with proper diet and exercise!. I myself have lost 100 over the course of a year!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
no there is not a certain amount of weight a person can lose with diet and exercise!. you can lose as much weight as you want!. and yes it is possible for the women to get to 100 pds without starving!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
