Natural yogurt?!


Question: Natural yogurt!?
I dont understand why the supposedly healthy low fat yogurt is loaded with ridiculous amount of sugar!. Plus it isnt even a yogurt with live bacteria in it, which is one of the major good point about yogurt!. Is it so hard to find a real heathy yogurt with no added sugar!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yeah it sucks that they add so much sugar to low fat foods!. Kind of negates the point of it being low fat! Sadly the 2 things that taste nice are fat and sugar, so remove one and they think you need to add the other!

I eat Yeo Valley organic plain yoghurt!. They do a low fat one too!. It's all thick and lovely like yoghurt should be!. Usually when they make fruity flavours they also add sugar, so I buy a bag of mixed berries and just add those to the yoghurt for flavour!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The flavour has to come from somewhere if not fat then from sugar or artificial sweetners!. Most people go for taste rather than health benefits so if the product isnt tasty its not going to sell!.

The best thing you can do is buy organic natural pre/pro biotic (such as Yeo Valley) yogurt and flavour it with nuts or berries!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

low fat foods are ussually high in sugar and u can make ur own yogurt at home!. there's two ways: first way is u make a glass of milk and u leave it outside for 1 night and it will turn sour and that's yogurt and the secound way is u buy a plain yogurt and just take 1 - 2 tablespoon of it and mix with milk and leave it overnight and it is will be ready for consuming!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's pretty easy to find if you go to a HEALTH food store, and stop buying the unhealthy cr*p that's at most stores!.
