I know its dumb, but how do you develop muscle on your back?!


Question: I know its dumb, but how do you develop muscle on your back!?
im 15, 5'6-7ish, and 115 lbs!.
and yes im aware thats skinny, and its very hard for me to gain weight due to a fast metabolism!.
I wanna know how i can develope musle in my back so i dont look anorexic when at a pool party and stuff!. (my back is bony and disgusting)
I hate my body but im trying really hard to gain weight
Does anyone know any exercises that can but some muscle on my back!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

the 1st poster is incorrect!. push ups only work the pecs, triceps and anterior deltoid!. they do not work the back!. situps only work the rectus abdominis, they do not stimulate the back either!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Push ups and pull ups work upper back

Situps work lower
