im 5'5 and 135 pounds i have huge legs and a belly and love handles i would love to get in shape and lose 15-25 pounds i want a body like this

To burn off the extra body fat and get toned you have to do intensive daily routines like swimming or running for a hour!. For a large stomach I do 500 stomach crunches per day which helps to keep it flat!. As far as diet goes it's all about total daily calories and fat intake!. Just keep reducing your intake until you loose as much weight as you can!. You may have to do some fasting, liquid or vegetable diets for a while!. Main thing eat very small portions, less than 100 calories, 6 times a day!. Drink 1 gallon of water a day, that will help you feel full and keep you system clean!. Take a good multivitamin daily!. Take a fiber supplement like Fibersure, about 32grams daily, that will also make you feel fuller!. Make sure you are regular as far as bowel elimination!. I had a problem in this area so I took a series of 20 colonics over 15 weeks to remove backed up waste from my colon!. I lost about 15 lbs after that!. If you stomach is extending out I recommend this!. My stomach was flatter after the colonics!. Unless you were born small boned and have always been as thin as the people in your pictures you may never be able to materially change the shape of your body that much unless you get a lot of liposuction to remove the fat in areas you don't want it!. But first you have to lose as much weight as possible and see what fat is left that won't leave!. That's what I did!. Then the doctor sucked out the rest to make me look as thin as possible!. They can remove a lot of fat that won't go away with exercise or diet!. I had it done and am happy with the results!. But I did have to go back twice for minor adjustments and it's expensive!. The only thing you can do is lose weight all around and eventually the problem area will also improve!. You need to accept the body that you have!. As not everyone was born to be a stick figure!. Society had everyone programed that they need to look a certain way and its not right!.

I got news for ya!.!.!.!.!.the girls in those pics look terrible !!!! They look sick!.!.!.!.they need a sammich or two !!!! If you want to get in shape, do so by eating right and exercising to increase muscle tone!.!.!.!.!.!.I'm not saying to look like a female body builder, but (in my opinion) a woman with muscle tone looks better than any "runway model" type!. You're the perfect weight for your height, you have a BMI of 22!.5 and it should be between 18!.5 and 25!. Try to accept the way you are, I know it sounds trite but it's true, listen to Gerard on this one:

If you really want to lose weight, or you think you're unhealthy, try going vegan, it's not as hard as everyone makes out and it works really well if you do it healthily!.
