Question: Help! I Need Advice About weight Loss!!?
Just recently I lost 15lbs I went from 145 to 130 in about a month!. How did I do it!? 1!. Became a vegan 2!. Rational Fasting!. My doctor said it was ok!. But now I'm really upset because people have been teasing me about it and forcing me to eat or asking me if I want to eat something!. I have been keeping it a secret and trying to hide it because I have an eating disorder where I over eat because I have anxiety!. But they don't seem to understand that I am sensetive about losing and gaining weight!. Why is it ok ot make fun of someone for being thinner!? The whole them worrying about me and my mom becomes nastier to me everyday when she had real anorexia!. (she's 4'11" and 100lbs) I'm 5'1" and my goal weight is 110lbs for bikini season!. But i keep getting discouraged and last night and today I binged ate because I was upset by people telling me whats good for me!. They don't understand how strongly my emotions are connected to my eating!. I'm a18 girl btw!. Please comfort me!Www@Answer-Health@Com

i dunno!. people r so dumb sometimes!. im pretty thin, and i been really stressed out llately so ive lost a good amt weight for my size!. im not like one of those crazy models who love to b skinny!. i like being thick!. i like my thick legs and my big booty! (which have actually been shrinking :( )!. and my family is always critizing how small i am, and if im losing weight bc of a boy!. stupid comments!. i just ignore them!. i mean what else can we do!. im not the catty type and i dnt want to lash out with some other hurtful things!.!.!. but at times im like, yo, just lay off me and deal with xyz (whatever their area of insecurity is)!. its easy to let urself get bullied!. just put ur foot down and put them all in there place!!!

Yea, your friends N family sound kinda like mine!. If I diet, They get pissed off N tell me to eat!. Why!? Because they feel like they too should be dieting N eating properly, so it's either join me, or defeat me!. But!.!.!. I'm a lil more agressive than you seem to be!. I can tell them to stfu N lemmy do what I want!. MY problem is, food is good!. <3Www@Answer-Health@Com

I know what you mean!. If your really thin, people talk about you, and if your really fat people talk about you!.!.!.!.!.it's really hard, but all that matters is that you are happy!. 110 lbs!. is not too little for someone who is 5'1"

If you are 18 stop worring about everyone else!. What they think does not matter!. Please just try to take care of yourself!. I pray that you find some peace with all of this your worried about!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The best way to do this is:

1) Eat small frequent meals approximately 2 1/2 to 3 hours apart for about 6 meals a day!. Men should eat at least 1800 calories a day and women at least 1200!. Can eat more calories if you are more active!.

2) Drink plenty of water!. Recommendation is 8-8oz glasses a day but a gallon is preferred!.

3) Do full body weight training 2-3x a week where you are shooting for 3 sets of 8-10 reps with a weight that is heavy for you!. Focus on compound movements!.

4) Get some form of cardio exercise 4-6 days a week for 30-60 minutes per session!.

5) Track your progress and consumption!. By keeping track of everything you eat, drink, lift, or sweat you can easily make adjustments to your program if the results are not what you desire!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm really sorry to hear this!. Maybe they are just jealous because you lost weight when they couldn't!. I know it's hard, but just try to ignore them!. Change the subject, tell them you aren't comfortable talking about it!. If they are you're friends, they'll understand!. You lost the weight because you cut out meat!. Meat is good for you, but it's also pretty fatty!. Make sure you have at LEAST 3 meals a day!. Supposedly it's better to have 4-5 small meals, but I never have time for this!. Honestly, I think it is great that you have seen a doctor about losing weight and seen dramatic results!
If people have been telling you that you aren't healthy because you dropped a few pounds is maybe because of the whole world being so critical based on a few things they have seen on TV and heard on the news!.
As long as you are not fainting every now and then or being rushed to the hospital every now and then to get insulin or whatnots I think your fine and that you shouldn't make such a big fuss over what others say!.

But nothing can cure this better than a little one on one time with your friends and especially your mom!. You could learn something from your mom by talking to her!.
