Has anyone lost 15 pounds?!


Question: Has anyone lost 15 pounds!?
I really want to lose atleast 15 pounds by July 4th!. Has anyone lost this much weight before in a month and a half!? My goal weight is 120 pounds!. I am 139 right now!. I heard that if you eat healthier you could lose 15 pounds in a month!. I am starting to eat healthier!.!.!.I don't drink soda!.!.!.my only weakness is cheese!. If anyone has lost this much weigth in a month and a half let me know how you did it!. I am also going to do cardio 3 times a week for an hour and pilates 2 times a week for 30 minutes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have lost 33 pounds in the past 8 weeks I gave up soda, red meat, pasta, and instead I eat alot fruits, veggies, chicken, and I drink about 80 ounces of water a day the best thing I say is eat 3 apples a day you know between meals , and take multivitamins I also gave up bread!.I also exercise 3 times a week and take about 2 mile power walks twice a week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Walk as much as you can, especially in a warm climate as to sweat!. Stay hydrated!. Walk a little further each day, stay away from 'white' foods, sweets & meat!. I lost over 20 lbs doing this last summer!. To rid your body of fat, you have to get your cardio vascular system pumping at a faster rate of speed & sweat every day, but stay hydrated with WATER!. Drink cold water if you haven't been exercising!. Your body uses more calories to digest cold water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i lost 21 lbs in 2 months for my brothers wedding by running about 10k every other day and weight training (pilates in ur case, something diffirent) 5 days a week so 3 x running and 2 x weights and then 2 rest days!. U have to eat correctly too otherwise i will just come back on, my only weakness was crisp so i changed it to low fat cracker things with humous!. Also try having 4-5 peices of fruit for dinner, 2 apples used to fill me up, a banana for energy b4 running and then anyother fruit u like!. I can be done sensibly but id say the eating is alot more difficult to stick to then the exercise!. If ur doing it properly ull start to see results in a week, i lost 7lbs in my first week!. You have to be committed #1 so no cheese for atleast 2 weeks straight!.

Drink only water and no sodas or soft drinks!.

Chew gum, because this will make your digestive system active a!.k!.a metabolism!.

1 good healthy meal a day with low carbohydrates!.


As far as exercises, I suggest cardio such as running and situps!.

Make sure you plan a strict diet and exercise regimine to do each day and stick to it no matter what!. It's more of a mental thing then it is physical!. Do not skip, your routine!. If you stick to this for atleast 2 weeks, you will notice some what of a difference!.

Some good music to get you motivated is Kanye West "Work Out Plan"!.

I did Dr!. Atkins diet and lost 17 pounds in two weeks!.!.!.it was the best diet I have ever used to jump start an actual lifestyle change!. On Atkins, you can eat meat, cheese, and eggs, and up to 20 carbs a day, so you could have a small salad each day!. I found this to be really easy to do, since I like to drink alcohol, I could still have a bacardi and diet coke!. You only do it for 2 weeks, but it really worked for me!.!.!.anytime I need to jumpstart myself again I use this plan!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

15 lb!. is a lot to lose in a month and a half!. But cheese is very fattening and high in calories!. You must cut it out or at least down to only 1 oz!. per day if you want to lose the weight!. You should only be consuming 1200 calories per day to (safely) lose the weight!. Count your calories, exercise, drink at the very minimum 8 glasses of water per day (increase up to 12-14 over the next 2 weeks!.!.!.I promise it will help the weight come off! I'm not sure how it works, but I swear it does!) and you'll begin to lose weight!. It really is that simple!. Don't overdo it with the exercise!. You sound a little gungho!. Start out easy and set realistic goals!. Then they'll be easier to reach and you won't lose motivation!.

15 pounds may be tight, but you could definitely lose 10-12 pounds before July 4!. Exercise at least 5 days a week for at least one hour!. Preferably more - be sure to really work out, not playing around - you should be sweating and breathing hard!. Eat healthy (cutting out sugars and fats) and the pounds WILL drop!.

the exercise you're doing is really good!.

cutting out carbs is really useful - not strictly like the atkins diet but just generally!. no bread pasta rice or potato and if you really have to have something then have sweet potato or the wholemeal versions of those things!. try substituting meat with a veggie alternative like soya as that will cut down on your fat content!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

YES!!! I watched my calories and you being at 139 should only consume about 1200 a day!. I ate fruit and yogurt for breakfast Lean Cuisine for lunch and whatever I wanted for dinner as long as I watched the calories and made sure that I didn't' go over 1200!. I was at 154 lbs and I am now at 115 and it's wonderful especially after two kids!. I am very proud of myself!.
I also used the treadmill everyday for 30 minutes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

im actually trying to do the same thing, i've heard that if you walk a lot it will help!. also, jogging could help!. i am going to the gym , i'm trying to get down to 145, im 160 now but im 5'8, so i have some slack!.lol!. but yeah drink lots of water, and walk, i'm sure you can do it! good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you change your diet like you said and do that amount of exercise, you should be able to lose the weight you want!. Everyone is different and requires a different amount of dieting/exercise, but I would think you would lose at least 10-12lbs by the 4th!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yea I was on Nutrisystem, but if you drink lots of water and stick to veggies, and fruit mostly you will remain full and lose the weight!. 15lbs shouldn't be so tough, you can also stick to protein but not too much!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

cut out simple carbs, like white bread and potatos, anything that is prossesed, and high fructose cornsyrup!. eat whole grains and tons of fruits and veggies!. And hula hoop for 5 minutes a day, you'll lose about an inch of your waist in a monthWww@Answer-Health@Com

soo i was 100 and then went to 130
then i basically put all the junk food
away and started working out everyday!.
i lost 15 pounds in about 3 weeks!.
it was actually pretty easy!.

Go on a low Carb Diet!
I lost almost 20 pounds in a month on the Atkins Diet!.!.!.
You don't have to worry about counting calories, eat something like 20 Carbs a day!.!.!. After the first 3 or 4 days you'll notice a big difference!. and you can have cheese!Www@Answer-Health@Com

just bump up your cardio do you have access to a pool run in the pool for an hour!. do you have access to a suna set in th esuna for 30 mins!. get lots of sleep sleep is very important!. i lost well over that but i had no cheese i just ate furits veggies and nutsWww@Answer-Health@Com

yes, I found out i was getting Diabetes from overloading myself with sugar and bad carbs!. I stopped drinking sodas and fruit juice, and stopped eating bad carbs!. I drink a bunch of water, (sparkling water still gives the fizz of soda, so I dont miss it so much), I eat veggies and salads , and real fruit, now, low fat cheese, 1% milk, lean meat in moderate portions, salads, only whole grain products, not too much salt, basicly, no sugar, no bad carbs, and only low fat foods and lean meat in smaller portions!. and lots of water, Ice tea is ok with no sugar, or splenda!. Most of the stuff I already liked, Just eat less, more often, I basicly eat all day long now, but small healthy portions!. I have lost over 20 pounds in a couple of weeks, and am still dropping the weight!. Raw nuts, Fresh whole fruit,(no Juices), low fat cheeses, veggies, eggs, lean meats, and I try to be more active, Just walk a little faster, move more, get up and go do stuff outside, excercize more!. I learned this stuff from a book called Food cures, By Joy Bauer, Its very good and informative!. You Can do it, It is possible!. Good Luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
