Breakfast troubles?!


Question: Breakfast troubles!?
Hey there, so I am a 14 year old freshman, I try to get up every morning and eat some kind of breakfast, but most of the time i normally buy a bagel or bring something with me to school, but i'm going to start eating at home, when i do though, my breakfast never gives me energy nor does it make me full, how can I get a breakfast thta will help keep me awake and feel full!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
