Question: Great breakfast ideas to keep me full for 5 hours! *easy 10 points!!*!?
Okay, i'm tired of cereal and oatmeal!.
I need some ideas!.

I always eat a 190 cal weight watchers muffin (i won't stop doing that) but i need something to add ALONG to that for breakfast!. I've been having scrambled eggs lately too but im sick of those!. haha!.

so what can i have with this muffin!? i can of course always add fruit, but i'm talking something besides fruit, eggs, cereal, oatmeal!.

would maybe!.!.!.wheat piece of toast with a thin spread of peanut butter be okay!? i think that would definitely make my stomach bloat though!.!.

so something that wont make me bloat, can go along with a muffin, and about 150 calories!.

I usually eat an english muffin with peanut butter and jelly on it!. It keeps me full until lunch time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you can always have some fruits or vegetables maybe special yogurt!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

What about chicken!? That will keep you full!. Either that or swallow a bunch of pieces of gum to ball up in your stomach!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
