Question: Need to lose weight!. Need help with calories!?
I'm around 5'4 and currently weigh 243pounds!. Around how many calories should I be eating!? Also how many calories should i try to burn each day!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

im not a doc or nething so dont get me wrong!. i was heavy too for a bit!. i was 5' 10'' and weighed 217!. i ran everyday and cut my calories back to little less than 2000 a day!. femals should cut it down close to 1500!. when you cut calories dont cut the good ones!. eat healthy and dont jsut look at calories, also look at carbs sodium and trans fat!. tose r key factors in weight loss!. protein is very good for you!. it is very hard to lose weight without exercise so i suggest either walking or jogging every day or every other day!. once you start dont stop!. do this for you!. you will b very pleased with the results i am im now 6'4'' and weigh 180 now im building muscle and trying to get an 8 pack!. it is worth all the hard work and determination!. I lost weight with calorie counting!. I found a calorie calculator on a web site (calories count) that told me how many calories to take in each day!. I told the calculator thing that I had moderate activity level (I worked out 30-60 minutes 5 days a week)!.

There's also a lot of great web sites that tell you how many calories are in certain foods too!. Calorie King is a really good one!. It gets a little harder to count calories when you're eating at a restaurant though!. Some restaurants are good about posting the calories of their food on their web site but some don't disclose that information!. Sometimes you can find an estimate on other web sites for the one's that don't tell you on their web site!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you want to lose weight, break your meals into small meals throughout the day!. You should be consuming about 1900-2000 daily calories and if you're dedicated enough you can exercise while eating only that many calories a day!. Make sure to do cardio! Weight loss isn't just about eating right, you HAVE to exercise, 30 minutes a day 3-5 times a week!. Make sure you have minimal fat intake!. Avoid all fatty foods! 2100-2200 calories is good too, if you exercise really hard each day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

For your size you should be eating about 1800-2000 calories a day!. You need to burn more than you take in!. I use a bodybugg to show how many calories a burn a day!. As long as you eat enough calories and exercise you will get results!. You need to be in an energy deficit everyday and you need to make sure your deficit is through movement and NOT food!.

Personally, counting calories and adding up how much you burn -- will soon discourage you and tire you out -- making your efforts a possible failure!.
What has worked for me in the past is cutting out carbs(potatoes, bread, flour), no sugar -- eat lots of vegetables/salads -- lean meats, lots of water!.!.!.but MOST importantly - to see results: eat right and do CARDIO!! move that body at least 30 minutes a day - i guarantee you will see a difference!. (i don't mean a walk in the park either-- burn fat with a good cardio work out!.!.!.!.get your heart rate up and sweat!.)
If you like sweets -- sugar free Popsicles and jello!.!.!.!.
if you must, eat fruit!.!.!.!.(not too much!.!.!.because of sugar!.)
You don't have to worry about calories this way!. It comes off!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
