Is there any reason I shouldn't work out if I have a sunburn?


Answers:

Just make sure you stay VERY hydrated! Also, use aloe lotion before you workout, let it soak in for about 30min...also taking some aspirin will ease the pain!

I got sunburn the other day and went jogging indoors on a treadmill and was fine!

Just exercise indoors!
