!.!.!.and what can I do to stop it!? It's automatic, and I catch myself doing it without realizing I have been!. Does it happen to you!? What (besides chewing gum) can I do to keep from doing it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
it's just your body's automatic response to the hunger- it's not getting food stimulation so it's trying to get another stimulation to keep your mind off the hunger!. chewing gum is great, and i'm not sure if you're allowed to drink anything during fasting, but if you are then drinking juices or smoothies is great because it'll put a little something in your tummy and your body will probably feel a little better!.

hope this helpsWww@Answer-Health@Com
