Question: Will I lose some weight doing this!?
Hey there, so I was wondering if i'd lose some weight doing this: Tomorrow i plan on starting my healthy eating transition, i plan on eating 3 small meals a day, with two snacks inbetween!. I am not going to eat all that many carbs, a lot of veggies, and fruits, nuts, nad such!. Since I'm a vegetarian, whole wheat bread, ect!.

As far as exercise goes, I've been running lately, I'm following a program: http://waycoolrunning!.com/engine/2/2_3/1!.!.!. since I was never very active before, I do horseback riding twice a week along with this program, but i'm only brning about 170 something calories when i run, should I be doing something more inbetween my horseback riding and the running program!? Or just leave it be!?

Also any tips for losing the weigbht would be great!. (: HOnestly I don't want to lose it all very fast, i want ot lose it over time, and i just want ot be more healthy over all!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You have the right idea!. Understand that carbs don't make you fat, Fat doesn't make you fat either!. What makes you fat is consuming more calories in a day then you burn!. I suggest adding resistance training in your program!. The more muscle you have the more calories you will burn throughout the day!.

Hi there! I lost 8kg in 6 weeks by healthy dieting!. But even if you want to loose weight over time, you can utilize the same method as well!. The secret is to control your food intake with a balanced diet & daily exercise routine!. Daily, I'll have cereal with low fat milk at 8am!. Lunch, lots and lots of vegetables and meat, especially fish!. And dinner at 7pm, where I'll take a light meal!. You MUST strictly cut down all your tit bits, snacks, and oily stuffs!. I have fruits in between when ever I'm hungry and plenty of fluid, such as water and fresh home made juices!. And as for excersice, I'll just go for brisk walk aound my neighbourhood for a minimum of 30 minutes a day!. You can also jog now and then!. I hope what I've shared with you wil benefit you!.!.!.
