Answers:
I started off about half a mile when i first started jogging but then got real tired!. im up to doin a mile now but i need to rest and get something to drink!. Jogging alone probably wont get as much weight off you as youd like!. jogging puts pressure on your legs and heart!. but it doesnt shed a ton of pounds!. i would recommend aerobic exercises and if theres a gym you can go to, use some of their exercise machine!.

and dont fill up on water before you jog!. drink a little, jog, drink a little, jog!. it replinishes you without making your stomach feel like a jug hahaWww@Answer-Health@Com

I think the best way is to start a run/walk program!. This way you work up to being able to run more each week!. I'm sure there are plans on-line or you can look for a book!. I would not put weights on your ankles!. I tried doing this while running sprints and just about killed my feet!. For proper hydration you need to be drinking water throughout the day!. Don't just drink a bunch and then take off or you will hear it sloshing around in your stomach!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I cant even remember when I first started running!. I have been doing it all my life and currently am in college running xc and track!. It really depends on the person and body type!. I would try jogging 15 minutes everyday!. Than each week, if you feel up to it, try going up by 5 minutes!. Go at your own pace, push yourself but not too hard!. I wouldn't suggest ankle weights since you are a beginner!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
