ok!. i am going to my dads house this summer and i dont want to be fat!. i dont know if i am fat right now but last time i was there i was!. im 15!. 5'9 and im 200 pounds!. yes thats heavy but i work out with weights a lot!. but i am still kinda chubby even no i can bench press 180!. i just need to lose as much "FAT" as i can!. anything would be helpful!. should i do lots of cardio!. how much!. any diet plan!. anything will help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Mate I wouldnt call you fat!.!.!.you sound like you have a solid build!. Rapid fat loss anyways is not a good idea because more than likely you will put it back on!. Perhaps this is something you should be doing on an on going basis!. Just eat plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables, cut out fast food crap, drink plenty of water!. Eat well but only when hungry and not more than thrice a day!. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%!. To have more satisfaction out of ur food, Chew each morsel at least 32 times!. This will also activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness!. Obey these signals!. Do not go on fast or starvation diet!.
Nothing other than water in between!.
No special diet, call it by any name or program helps as one cannot adopt them on permanent basis!. Diet pills are chemicals and per se bad and shud be avoided unless the doc considers it necessary looking at ur condition!.
Take light exercises and brisk walks for 30 min!.regularly preferably on empty stomach and twice a day!.

I jog around 7-8 miles a day thats keeps me in shape!. So yeah just do lots of cardio and weight train also (even though you do do that already) but don't leave it out!. Good Luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
