You can do anything that gets your heart rate up to 65% of your Maximum Predicted Heart Rate your Fat Burning Zone for more than 30 minutes!.

Your Maximum Predicted Heart Rate is 220 - Your age!.
For example, if you were 25 years old:

200 - 25 = 195
195 x !.65 = 127

So, your Fat Burning zone is 127!.
Do anything that keeps your heart rate at 127 for more than 30 minutes and you're good!. Even if its just walking up and down the stairs!. You can get a heart/pulse monitor at the drug store for like $5!.
