Short Sprints Vs. Long Distance Jogging....?!


Question: Short Sprints Vs!. Long Distance Jogging!.!.!.!.!?
Which would build a leaner, more muscular body!?

I'm pretty muscular already, but haven't been doing much running lately, and I'm just wondering, I don't really want to jog long distance, and I don't think that it builds more muscle body wise, so I had my hopes on short sprintsWww@Answer-Health@Com

Sprints are going to build you more muscle, if your looking to lose a little size then long distance jogging is what you want!. I would do interval training or do short sprints and take 1 long jog per week!. Wind Sprints are a wonderful and affective workout!. Also find yourslef a hill and run up that!Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you want a lean toned body you really need to do long distance jogs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
