Question: A diet which involves no bread!?
not exactly Atkins but !.!.i'm going to eat salads!.!.veggies!.!.fruits but no breads/sugars!.

Be also careful with anything starchy, like bananas, breadfruit and so on, and be careful with nuts, milk, cheese, oils, meat-products!. Try to get accustomed to cabbage! Has a negative energy-balance :) But care to take up enough essential amino- and fatty-acids!. AND DO SPORTS!

yes i think it will help, but you also have to work out an hour a day (only after 30 min your body starts burning calories/fat), but leave away every sugary drink and fast food!. you can eat, salads, veggies, fruits, proteins and if you eat whole grain it will help too (no white bread!!!!) and if you decide to eat whole grain look on the ingredients!.!.!.!. (no sugar in the bread)Www@Answer-Health@Com

We don't eat wheat in our house because my son, 2!.5 years old, is deathly allergic!. We eat all types of other grains like quinoa, oat, and then rice and potato flour!. It is much healthier for you actually and we have lost a bunch of weight because of it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That sound's good!. Just eat healthy, eat whole wheat bread but just try to stay off a lot of carbs!. Brown rice, wholewheat bread!. generally thats better for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you need some amount of carbs, otherwise u will get strange cravings!. have oats or a litlle brown rice!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
