Breakfast tips...please???!


Question: Breakfast tips!.!.!.please!?!?!?
Hello, can anyone recommend me some healthy breakfast options please!. I have been accostumed to eating cereal, or pancakes!.!.!.(no fruits at all), because it's fast and fills me up!. A week ago!.!.!.i went to my dermatologist for a facial!.!.!.and she said to avoid dairy ( ive been getting some kind of white heads - accumulated grease), and she says it's due to dairy!. So I will try to start eating healthier!. Can anyone recommend me a website!.!.!.or suggestions that will fill me up!.!.!.a few hours!. Thanks in advance!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Start with fruit, or oatmeal!. oatmeal with flax is very healthy and very filling!. try whole wheat toast with some jam!. Whole grain cereals, especially Kashi are great, even without milk!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

my fave, oatmeal with a banana sliced in it , or mini whole wheat bagel with peanut butter, some raisins!. here is my advice for clear skin! trust me it works! drink alot of water! i am 31 years old and been drink loads of water and i have been getting loads of compliments on how clear and young looking my skin looks!. friends ask me what i use on my face, honestly i wash with dial soap and just drink loads of water!Www@Answer-Health@Com

i eat a chewy granola bar(100 cals), a cutie orange and a hard boiled egg whilte only!.!.!.u can try eating cereal with soy milk which in non dairyWww@Answer-Health@Com

try making a fruit salad the night before!.
