What can i do to get thinner arms and legs and tummy??

for arms: put ur arms out straight at ur sides and bring them down slowly and then up slowly. i know this really really is painful but it gets ur arms skinnier. for tummy: sit ups! sit ups! sit ups! do em' like crazy. when ur watching t.v. stick those feet under the couch and "sit up". for legs: do squats. we had to do those in soccer and they hurt so much but it tones ur legs. so hope this helps. and remember u gotta tell ur self you can do it. you have to be mentally tough. and i believe u are! well toodles!
