Question: How do I reduce my weight without sacrifycing the diet too much!?
I am 38 years male having weight 102 kgs!. dont have much time for exe rcise and also not able to continue for long as i loose intrest in due course!. Also I am fond of veg food and sweets and can not resist when comes in front for eating!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

dear om ji any thing above 74-75 is bad for all of us at normal height
so u have enough to do
any dietician will make a strict chart for u
but ultimately it is for u to implement things in ur own interest
we must understand the input output formula
so u must focus on low input
and good output
increase the exercise level
not as a ritual but like a serious student
sweat it out
go (if u can do iyurself today or wait for the doctor tomorrow) for low calorie diets
AVOID SUGAR AND SWEETS FOR URSELF FROM TODAY
WE CAN HAVE SELF CONTROL AT 38!
ADD FRUITS , SALAD TO UR MEALS
HAVE TWO +1/2 MEALS INSTEAD OF THREE FULL ONES
DONT PANIC
LOSE UPTO3-4 KGS PER MONTH
IT IS A GRADUAL PROCESS
U WILL DO IT

you are in serious trouble if you are unable to modify your diet!. doubtful you can lose any significant amount of weight without changing diet unless you plan to train for a marathon- even then!.!.!.!.

walking is the best exercise in order to lose weight and also to be healthy!. 15min is enough for a short walk!. Practise it twice during morning & evening!. dont take oily food!. Yoga is another good exercise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Pls have low cal diet and exercise(weights and aerobics) is a must!.!.!. have small meal portions and add fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
