Why is this so?!


Question: Why is this so!?
i am working really hard to reduce my weight for last 2 months!. i have lost 5 kgs (11 pounds)!. i am not going to the gym for last 3 days, because i am very busy these days!. but i am still eating 1200-1400 calories every day!. i don't understand why my tummy/ ab increases!. it has become flat, but now i am feeling that it looks like ball!. this is really frustrating!. do you know what to do!? why is this happening!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It sounds like you're bloated and retaining water!.

Focus on reducing your salt intake and drink lots of water!. The more water you drink, the less dehydrated you become!. When you ingest a lot of salt or fail to drink enough water, your body clings to the little water it has, making you bloated!.

Try and go to the gym this weekend, but be sure to hydrate yourself properly!. Try to remember that the extra belly bloating isn't fat!. It's just temporary!. Focus on the positive, and it'll pass!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
