Is the master cleanse working for me?.. or am i making a mistake..?

I started the cleanse this morning..
i did the salt water flush and threw up the first time but then did it again and got some of it down.. not much happened after that..also the lemonade tastes terrible.. and i'm not hungry for it at all.. is it okay to just drink 4 glasses?
