Question: Is this enough!?
breakfast- bran, i cant drink skim, sorry, 1%
-i dont eat a snack between-
lunch- organic granola, bottle of water
-after track i eat a fruit (apple) and drink some more water, maybe some other snack low in calories
dinner- vegetables, milk, meat, a balance of healthy!. i eat rice, but only 1 time a week!.
is this enough for me, i run about 1-2 miles a day and i dont pig out on food, if its a track meet i may eat a pb and j AFTER the meet, but my dad (who works in a hospital) says i need the calories!.
so!.!.!.anything i need to change!?
