Answers:
You should see some results within 2 weeks!. You will definitely see a bigger change if you give it 6 weeks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your results will be better in the beginning and slowly taper off!. Why!? Because you can't keep the same regimen and expect it to continue working for you!. You have to anaerobically up the ante!. And by that I mean, make sure that after each workout, you should be sore somewhere that you want to be sore (Where do you want to tone up!? Make sure that spot gets sore!.)

And you don't have to do exercise everyday!. When you are sore, take a day off!. You've earned it!. Or, when one part is sore, spend the next day on another body part and make that sore!.

Eventually your body will get used to a certain regimen, meaning you do your workout and you feel great the next day!. YAY!? NAY!. Up the ante!. Add leg weights when you run!. Instead of jogging, sprint!. When you do pushups, put a textbook on your back or raise your legs onto a chair!. When you do situps, hug a textbook!. Keep upping the ante!. Your gauge!? Soreness!.

You GOTTA be sore, otherwise you are getting 1 for 1 returns on your exercise!. Exercise 30 minutes!? You got 50 calories off!.

Now take into account soreness!. You get sore!? Your muscles rebuild, get bigger, burn fat 24/7!. You exercise 30 minutes!? You got 50 calories off PLUS 3 calories burned for every hour after new muscle is formed (random calculation but you get the picture)!.

If you stay on the "soreness" "rest well" "eat well" regimen, you can lose 5 to 10 pounds in 6 months, probably closer to 5 because your fat will convert to muscle (muscle is heavier than fat, btw; but lose fat, gain muscle, overall weight change negligible for a while)!. Mid-June!? Nah, don't shoot for anything that close, the strain of trying hard will backfire and you'll do worse!.

But keep at it and your body will transform!. Good luck!

And to calculate optimum weight for women, start at 100lbs for 5ft2, then add 5lbs for each inch!. So 5'4", 110lbs, 5'5", 115lbs!.
For guys, it's 5'0", 100lbs, and then 5lbs for each inch!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need cardio to burn more calories!. Also make sure you are eating enough calories!.
I found this cool video last week that best describes why you should make sure you eat enough calories and what happens to your body if you do not!. http://www!.youtube!.com/watch!?v=RyatBHhRc!.!.!. Good luck to you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
