Question: Iron ab training suggestions!? I have a month!?
I have a month to finish
How much running time per day!?
How many crunches per day!?

Trying to make nice sexy abs

You can do the cardio every day!. Be sure to stretch before and after!. Start gradually with both, (like 10 repetitions or 10 minutes) and add same amount every day!. LISTEN TO YOUR BODY!. You can work your way up to as long as you want!. Just remember you should always be able to carry on a conversation, and you should have no pain!. (That's where you listen to your body!.)
As for the weight-lifting, you should only do that every OTHER day!. Also work your way up gradually with weights!. They will give you definition!.
Drink lots of water, and cut out the sugar and you'll look great in a month!.
You might want to talk to a trainer at a gym to answer all the questions I know you must have!.
