Question: Congratulate me! and give me tips!?!?!?:)!?
ive been keeping my "healthy lifestyle" for real this week and i lost a pound!!! yay!!!! and i think thats good because i really started like a few days ago and im 13!! i know that encouragement is part of this, so CONGRAUTLATE ME and i hope that those of you who are trying to do the same will succeed!!!! p!.s!. any tips please!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

The Tips That I can give you are:
drink LOADS of Water [This Helps clear zits and stuff so thats a bonus :D]
CHew Youre Food atleast 20 TImes!! [this actually helps REDUCE calories (interesting huh!?)
Umm!.!.!.!.if you eat @ school, you should try ordering salads and chicken ans LEAN meat instead of pizza or faaty foods!.
And if you can, try not to eat after 6 or 8!.
also try to walk home from school!.
do physical activities with friends, families or anyone who encourages you and gives you company!.
listen to music thta soothes your soul!
meditate!.
yoga helps me so try that!
THE most important tip- Weigh yourself EVERY saturday or sunday!.
and if you lose weight and then gain some, that probably means a good sign since you are still young and you can build up muscle!
so don't get discouraged and try hard!
