Question: Has anyone lost weight by eating oatmeal!?
I don't mean as some weird faddy diet, but just a big old bowl of oatmeal seems to fill me up for the day, so I eat less at mealtimes and snack less!. Plus its good for you!. I occasionally have oatmeal in the evenings to curb snacking too!. Anyone lost much weight by eating oatmeal!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
