Nope!.!.!.not a good idea!. If you lose it fast, you're not committed to a lifelong healthy way of eating!. You'll just go right back to your old habits and the weight will come right back!. That is, IF you're able to have the self discipline to lose it that quickly!. It's not healthy anyway!. A healthy diet (lean protein, veggies, fruit, whole grains, skim milk!.!.!.water!) of 1200-1400 calories a day plus lots of exercise is the best way to lose weight!. If you make a commitment to yourself to eat healthy foods, you'll lose weight, feel great, and continue to eat well and keep the weight off!. It's not exciting, but it works!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
