Do you think its possible for me to lose 10lbs....?!


Question: Do you think its possible for me to lose 10lbs!.!.!.!.!?
okay so i have a pretty packed schedule for summer!. but it starts off with me going to new york and i want to lose 10 lbs or more if possible by then!. i start summer on june 18 or 19th but im not leaving for NYC until like the 24th or 25th, and im just going to be cutting out my bad snacking habbits and im going to be excercising a bit more (running mainly)!. so im doing it the healthy way, do you think its physically possible for me to lose that amount of weight or more by then!?

oh and if you have any tips for excercising or healthy diets for me, you would be my hero!.

1!. dont bank on the words 'fast' & 'quick'!.!.!.!.to stay safe,you shoudnt lose beyond 3 pounds of fat per week

2!. start brisk walking 60-90mins a day

3!. drink only water,100% natural/fresh fruit/veggie juices,lowfat milk and lots of green tea

4!. severely limit carbs n fat but eat lean proteins and veggies very well!.!.make sure you eat a good breakfast!

5!. do lots of pilates/yoga/strength training to get the best from your other efforts

6!. get a dog or 2 if you find your walking routine boring!.!.or if you are at a gym,experiment all forms of cardio available and stick to all that you like

7!. always push yourself n never give up!but get enough rest too!.!.!.

8!. be smart when eating out or at events/functions

9!. dont trust myths like "no food after 7pm"!.!.!.you have to stay nourished to lose fat,!.!.the best you can do if you are scared to eat is perhaps
drink a glass of ice chocolate lowfat milk mixed with a tsp of instant softened oatmeal!.!.!.

just change your snack with a healthy one!. there plenty choice of good low calorie and high fiber snack that taste good too!. just the matter of choosing!.

also be more specific on fruits!. avoid sweet fruit especially banana, pineapple, papaya, canned and dried fruits!.

Yes and replace all your drinks with water water water lol have a glass of water before you eat then also add 100% juices 1% milk and Green tea !.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it depends on your height and weight!. If you were 5'1" and 300 pounds, then yeah its possiable!.!.!. if your 5'10" and 140, then probably not!.!.!. update*Www@Answer-Health@Com

It sure is, and the best way is the fast pace walking or excercising, that's the key!. Just cut back a little on the portions you eat, stay away from the fats and sugars, you'll do just fine!. It is not good to lose weight to fast, so I would start tomorrow!. Don't eat anything after 7:00 pm, but if you must, make it a healthy type food like some fruit and water!. depends on your body type and weight right now!. let me know what it is and i'll put it in realization for you!. water and the right foods are key!. cut back and eat healthy foods that will "clean" you out!. grean tea is a great antioxident!. exercise is key and there needs to b a lot of it!. if you want a good meal try the stoufers paninii, they're great and low on calories!. i used it on my diet!. i went from 217 to 174 in 2 1/2 months!. exercise and food intake is what did it!. and im 6 '3'' now btw!.!.!.lol good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
