I need energy????!

I need energy????

i work out everyday (jogging and everyotherday cardio and weight trainning), i drink a red bull before starting the exercise but sometimes i feel so tired, by the way do you know any good sites on body building, i really want to tone my muscles.


Answers:

Before your workout drink fruit/vegie juice or eat a piece of fruit, it takes about 20 minutes to digest fruit, and then eat a well balanced breakfast everyday. You need milk, fruit, protein, and carbs. You can eat a light lunch but try to balance it a bit. For dinner, eat healthy and balanced. Make sure you are getting enough carbs and protein or your energy will continue to diminish. Even if on a low carb diet, you need a certain amount to maintain a balance of energy in your body. For muscle tone, you won't get anywhere without enough protein in your diet. (I worked at a YMCA for 5 years and talked extensively with the personal trainers, also, I went through a year and a half of physical therapy and she helped me with dieting to increase my energy levels.)
