How long do you think it will take...?!


Question: How long do you think it will take!.!.!.!?
!.!.!. to lose 15 lbs!. I am 148 lbs!., and want to get back to my former weight of 133 lbs!. If I eat 1700 calories a day, and work out for about 2 hrs!. five days a week!. Which includes weights, cardio, stretching, and other toning exercises!. How long will it take me to get back on track!? Please don't tell me to alter my plan, it works for me!. I just want to know how much time I'm looking at, I'm not the most patient person!. Thanks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think it will take around 7 weeks as from what you are saying you should burn around 1000 calories a day more than you consume!. At this rate you should burn 2lb a week!. Eat well but only when hungry and not more than thrice a day!. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%!. To have more satisfaction out of ur food, Chew each morsel at least 32 times!. This will also activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness!. Obey these signals!. Do not go on fast or starvation diet!.

Nothing other than water in between!.

No special diet, call it by any name or program helps as one cannot adopt them on permanent basis!. Diet pills are chemicals and per se bad and shud be avoided unless the doc considers it necessary looking at ur condition!.

Take light exercises and brisk walks for 30 min!.regularly preferably on empty stomach and twice a day!.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time and hassle free!.

Be patient and not in a hurry!.

U cannot choose spots for reduction!.

I was 160 lbs and dropped down to 148 just eating sandwichs and drinking lots of water!. It took me 8 weeks!. Thats without exercise because I dont have that kind of time!. To factor in your workouts!.!.!. and the fact you consume more calories a day than I do, I would say 6 weeks!. You should see that scale putting up numbers in the low 130's around then!.
