Question: Is it okay to eat half an avocado a day!? is good fat still fattening!?
so i know it is good fat, but can good fat still be fattening, in moderation'!? my diet is low in fat otherwise except for good fats like salmon nuts e!.t!.c!.!.!.how much good fat is enough!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It depends on whether you're trying to lose weight or just maintain!. I love avocado and do eat a half on my salad daily!. I have been maintaining my weight for 18 months now!. Good fat still has calories, but if you limit yourself and really watch it, you'll be fine!. When I was LOSING, I didn't eat avocado!.!.!.most of the time!. Every now and then, I'd have a little!.!.!.but it is rather high in calories; when you're losing, you need to keep the calories down below 1500 a day or you won't lose 1-2 a week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

listing to there people in the name of money / profit for there pockets!. In other part of the honest world people eat all that the dishonest people say you should
not eat because that's what makes you healthy and strong also let you all keep your moneys in your pockets so you can eat as
much avocado as you want or can get your hands on because that's very good for
you!!!. Salmon is good but according to what they are dumping in the ocean today they do not tell you that salmon is
no good today because of all the Mercury that's in the salmon
today, they are making a lot of money and the Doctors are making a lot of money and you are getting sicker every day &
you do not know yet until the Doctors are ready for you!. I would tell
you to start thinking and start looktng after your self because

you should be looking at a well balanced diet, the pyramid diet is good for this, at the base of the pyramid (the biggest bit ) you have the foods you should eat plenty of such as plenty of fresh fruit, veg and cereal, as you near the top of the pyramid are the foods we should not eat so much of such as dairy produce, meats chocolates, confectionary etc, avacado's are good but only as part of a well balanced dietWww@Answer-Health@Com

Although avacodos contain 'good' fat, all fat is 'fattening' if you are trying to lose weight!. So therefore if you are trying to lose weight enjoy them, but in moderation!. If you are maintaining your weight then eating half of one everyday is fine as long as the rest of your diet is healthy and balanced!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It;s fine to eat half an avocado a day but it depends what else you eat!. No food is 'fattening" unless you eat it to excess!. That applies to "good" fats, fruit and veg as well as sugars, "bad" fats and carbs!.

It's harder to get fat eating salad than chocolate because salad has far less calories!. But if you eat too much and don't exercise, you'll put on weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Why are you eating Half an Avocado!. Eat a full fruit of it!. Avocado contains monounsaturated fat which is good for health, unless you don't excercise for atleast 15 minutes a day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
