Special k diet helpp!?!


Question: Special k diet helpp!!?
hi,
ive just started the diet today and i had a bowl for breakfast and was hungy so i had a chicken salad bun (is this ok)
but i still seem to be hungry
has anyone else had this trouble!?
and does anybody know any easy to make healthy meals

doesnt work sorry, ive done it twice and lost about 7lbs in 2 weeks and then went back to eating normally (healthy) and put on 8lbs in a week!. Just doesnt work, try swapping ur cereal at dinner for 4/5 peices of fruit, apples are good they fill u up and ur also geting ur fruit or chuck them all in a blender with some milk n yoghurt and make a smoothie!. Worked for me, 7lbs in a week and still goin and have a good balanced tea and ull b sorted!. ohh n exercise, if u cant be bothered or just havent got the time try going for a walk after ur main meal in the evening say about 20 mins, which aint gonna kill ya!. The Special K diet is unrealistic and unhealthy!. If you were to follow their exact diet, you would be consuming less than 1000 calories a day!. You may 'lose' a dress size in a couple of weeks, but once you start eating normal again, the weight will come back on!.

Try to just lead a healthier lifestyle!. Consume around 1200 calories daily, get the recommended 30 minutes of daily physical activity, and avoid junk/fast food and soda!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well it helps to know your weight and your goals!. but i will give it a shot w/o this knowledge!. diet alone cn not work, i know people hate to hear this, but that is the truth!. fitness is a part of life anybody that is in shape will tell you this and losing weight does not come over night!. i am not too sure about the special k thing, but i know what works!. first, you must consume protien in the morning, it helps to activate your metabolism!. and you must eat 6-8 meals per day!. yes that's right!.It helps boost your metabolism, and keeps hunger pains away while dieting!. these are small meals!. here is a list of meals!. b!.f!. 7:00: 2 eggs,specialK!.
snack9:00:saladw/1/2 grilled chckn brst!.
lunch:lean meat sweet potato!.(these take getting used to, but you can put honey on them to make it taste better) and handful size serving veg!. coke zero!.
snack:2:00; handful unsalted nuts!.
snack:4:00; protien shake!. 10-20 min!. brisk walking or cardio 5 days wk!., protien shake after wards!.(whey protien, can be purch!. at walmart!.)
dinner!. no later than 7:00; lean meat, handful serv!. veg!., pice of fruit,coke zero, no breads!. or pastas!.
keep water intake high, it helps burn fat!. i know it seems like a lot, but it will boost metabolism to the max, and cardio work is key to success!. eat healthy, look good, and live long!. i hope that this helps!. also sleeping at least 7hr!. a night is key!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Been there done so many diets, they don't work!.
I eat healthy, watch carbs, drink water, do exercise, blah, blah, blah, but I'm still fat!

Would give up, but know I'll only get fatter!

Do your best not to over eat, but don't go hungry, that'll only make you more overweight as when you do eat, you body will turn it into fat!.
And stop listening to all these idiots who tell you that you need to be slim blah!. blah, because some of us are naturally large and that's that!

Babe the diet doesn't work!.

I've tried it about 5 times and I gave in so many times because it doesn't fill you up, it leaves you really hungry with cravings!.

If you wanna lose weight, don't go on a diet!.

Just eat more fruit and veg, reduce your saturated fat intake and do more exercise!.

Also, drink more water!
